RBC Dominion Securities shares holiday spirit with $1,000 to Starlite

Cranbrook, BC…  This week EKFH Executive Donna Grainger had the chance to share in some early happy holiday spirit thanks to Cindy Yates and her team from RBC Dominion Securities.

For the past several years Cindy has been recognized by RBC Dominion Securities for her volunteer work in the community.  This year the corporation is making a $1,000 gift to the East Kootenay Foundation for Health and its Starlite Campaign.    As a former EKFH board member and a consummate volunteer to the organization the gift takes on special meaning for the certified broker and financial planner.

“I just love the holidays and I take special pride in knowing that through my work and volunteering we are helping EKFH provide much needed funding for health care equipment and comforts for patients.   By making a donation here I know it is also staying in my community and makes difference for others,” explains Cindy Yates.

The 2015 Starlite Campaign will launch on November 27 and run through until 31 January 2016.  EKFH has set a $150,000 fundraising goal and to light 17 large stars and 24 small stars.    To learn more about the Starlite Campaign or to make a donation visit www.ekfh.ca.
