Golden Gatsby Gala to Support Golden and District Hospital and Durand Manor

The glamour and excitement of the Roaring Twenties are coming alive for Golden Gatsby Gala on November 16, 2024 at Mount 7 Rec Plex. This elegant evening, hosted by Ricky Diamonds, will feature cocktails, fine dining, live music from Peter & the Wolves, and live and silent auctions. All funds raised will go towards supporting much needed furniture and equipment upgrades at Durand Manor and the Golden & District Hospital.

The gala is a new event for Golden. It is being organized by the Golden & District Hospital’s Facilities Engagement Initiative and the East Kootenay Foundation for Health.

“We were so excited to be approached by Lindsay Sutton and her team at the Golden Hospital over the summer to discuss how to get this event happening,” said EKFH Executive Director, Brenna Baker. “They’ve worked so hard putting plans together and we can’t wait to see everyone come out in November for this great party in support of a good cause. Get ready for the party of the year! It is going to be awesome!”
