Cranbrook, BC … Since 2005, Rocky Mountain Diesel, its owners, staff and customers have donated over $30,000 to health care programs and facilities benefiting seniors in the East Kootenay.

As part of the 3rd annual Starlite Campaign for Excellence in Health Care the company will be donating $200 from every new body shop booking for the 2 month fundraising campaign.

“We are hopeful that we will be able to give more than our normal donation of $5,000 to the Starlite Campaign. Knowing that we help purchase medical equipment or items for seniors’ recreational programs really brings home a great feeling of giving back to our community,” explains Chris. Over the past several years, Rocky Mountain Diesel’s donation has helped purchase various items for senior facilities in Golden, Invermere, Cranbrook, Kimberley, Creston and the Elk Valley.

This Starlite Fundraiser begins immediately and will complete on January 31, 2011. Rocky Mountain Diesel is an EKFH Approved Starlite Campaign Sponsor.
